                Camps - This is an opportunity for young people of different background to come together(one or two      weeks) and spend time with one another  to  developed healthy and lasting relationship and be taught the values of life.

 

          Health and Wellness  - Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.  Maintaining an optimal level of wellness is absolutely crucial to live a higher quality life. Wellness matters!. Wellness matters because everything we do and every emotion we feel relates to our well-being. In turn, our well-being directly affects our actions and emotions. It’s an ongoing circle. Therefore, it is important for everyone to achieve optimal wellness in order to subdue stress, reduce the risk of illness and ensure positive interactions

         

 

          Mentoring Groups  - Mentoring works! Mentoring is a supportive learning relationship between a caring individual who share knowledge, experience and wisdom with another individual who is ready and willing to benefit from this exchange, to enrich their professional journey.

Support groups  - In a support group, members provide each other with various types of help, usually nonprofessional and nonmaterial, for a particular shared, usually burdensome, characteristic. Members with the same issues can come together for sharing coping strategies, to feel more empowered and for a sense of community. The help may take the form of providing and evaluating relevant information, relating personal experiences, listening to and accepting others' experiences, providing sympathetic understanding and establishing
